FIVB Strategic Vision 2032: “Together as One”

December 1, 2024.- FIVB Strategic Vision 2032: “Together as One” is an ambitious but realistic roadmap to elevate volleyball’s global impact over the next eight years.

At its core, volleyball represents important values: collaboration, integration, peace and solidarity. The Vision focuses on empowering all stakeholders to work together to strengthen and expand the global volleyball ecosystem through these values.

The FIVB’s plan emphasizes four core pillars: Professionalism, Integration, Empowerment and Mass Participation. These principles aim to make volleyball even more accessible and impactful, bringing people together, inspiring positive societal change, and ensuring a brighter future for the sport.

After listening to National Federations and volleyball stakeholders from around the world, the Strategic Vision contains 15 key focal points of attention for the coming years. These points will be developed and executed by the FIVB Councils and Commissions, Executive Committee and Board of Administration, with the full support and participation of the FIVB and Volleyball World’s teams of professionals.

To summarize this Vision, FIVB President Fabio Azevedo stated: “Volleyball has the power to bring people together and make the world a better place. “Let’s do it all together. Together as one!”
